I've never ever been good at buying clothes or following fashion but struggling more than ever atm. Need basic staple items and some nice bits too mainly for every day casual. I gave birth 4 weeks ago so also want to treat myself and feel half decent again. I'm 24, 5ft2 and size 8. I normally shop at primark, newlook, h&m etc links or help would be massively appreciated x

Plain coloured, soft material jumpsuits and midi shirt dresses would be good as we get to warmer weather (fingers crossed)...as your shape changes will be easy to wear also as they can be belted/loosened as you feel. A good pair of trainers will be a good investment also.

Depending on budget...new look and H&M have nice stuff or if you want to spend more &otherstories has nice bits. Trainers - Adidas Stans, Veja, Nike maybe?

I found my shape changed a lot in the first six months after birth and played around with new shapes and styles to see what suited. I then stayed with a basic look of high waisted mum jeans and T-shirt, jumpsuits or midi skirts - all with trainers!
