What do people wear to work (office based) these days??

Am due to start back at work next week, returning (to a new job) after 7 years of being away (due to family).
I'll be office based- and am tall, slim & 40 if that makes a difference!?!

What do people generally wear for office work these days?
And where do they shop?

I feel I'm completely out of touch!!

Chinos/smart suit trousers with a blouse and blazer. Some women wear dresses with blazers. Wear heels.

The biggest change I've noticed over the last 7 years is a move away from collared shirts/suits/black trousers and more toward dresses with a cardigan or blazer over top.
