Small crossbody for wedding guest - what colour?

I have a lovely jade green dress to wear, and sandals which are "metallic sand" - a sort of very pale gold colour. Will probably wear a white blazer type layer if it's cold. No idea what colour bag to go with? I have a brown one and a black one, but both are a bit 'tired' looking, and ideally I'd like something that pulls together the outfit a bit more

Yes any deep jewel colour would go well, like orange, blue, berry, mushroom, goldy brown.

Aubergine would go beautifully too!

Yes, purpley colours can go beautifully with green shades if you get it right. I have an aubergine coach bag which is my favourite of all my bags.
