Snag tights - go for higher or lower size?

Been looking at these for a while and read through some past posts here that recommend them.

My issue is I'm 5'7" and a 18-20, most definitely fat. Judging by their size guide,I'm borderline between E and F. Leaning towards F but wanted some advice from people who've worn them before?

Also F has the advantage of being able to get 50 deniers which I think I prefer.

Is the slate wearable for work under blacl/light grey dresses or should I stick with black? Thanks

Lower definitely. I sized up and that are really comfortable but would be better slightly smaller tbh., they can get a little baggy around the ankles.

I'd say lower too; can't believe it took me so long to discover them, they're brilliant!

Definitely go lower. Their table recommended F for me but since buying I've found E is a much better fit. Their tights are amazing, I'm never going back to M&S!

I should have said, I'm taller than you and a size 20 so I think F would be too big

Yep they really are better. So easy to get on and really comfortable

I'm 5ft 10 and size 16, I can wear E or F but I prefer F as more roomy

Ok so consensus seems to be E but not sure whether yo buy 2E and an F or just 3 E. Doesn't seem worth buying less than 3 pairs.
