Advice on matching shoes with outfit!

As per the title...
Can I put leopard print peep toe high heels with a metalic sliver pleated midi skirt and black cami top?
Have matching clutch bag too...
Skirt is a dark silver.
Or would black or silver be better?

Im not up on fashion (rarely go out out these days!) and want to look nice at a 40th birthday
Im 38 if that matters!

Definitely don't match your shoes to your bag. That's very dated. Better to have leopard shoes with silver bag or vice versa.

I like the skirt. I think it would work better with flats/trainers though than heels. But then I don't know anyone who goes out in heels these days.

Could do flats but prefer heels. Those shoes are about 15yrs old though
