Gucci small soho disco? Or alternatively...?

I’m looking for a weekend bag one up from an everyday workhorse that is a decent size to hold sunglasses, purse, phone and keys. I already have a Chloe Marcie (too small), a Neverfull (too big) and a Chanel (too smart). I’m drawn towards the Soho but am not entirely convinced. Can anyone please persuade me? It would be in the camelia colour. I’ve also looked around for alternatives but the nearest that I like is Prada and that’s over £1000, so making the Gucci look like a better price. The Gucci also looks to hold its price should I ever decide to sell it (not that I’ve ever sold a bag so far in my life!). Any (positive nice handbag) thoughts please?

I bought mine in December and use it every day. Gym wallet , small purse (I have a smythson wallet type thing) , phone, AirPods, a nappy and wipes if I have dc2 with me, lipstick, and gym padlock and keys (which have 3 houses on them and car so quite a sizeable load!). Love it.

I have the Chloe which is great for summer days but it is small. I also have a Chanel that I use for evening, I agree with you it’s quite smart. I purchased a Gucci disco in red. It really is a great bag. It goes day to evening and looks fab with everything. It fits anything you need in it. The quality is good. I recommend!

The ysl isn’t one that I would have thought of - good suggestion - as the powder colour and price looks very similar to the Soho - but think I’m still drawn to the Soho... positive comments to persuade me were what I was looking for. I’ll head into Gucci on Sloane St and get one.

i have other Gucci bags & the quality is good.

Gucci disco is perfect as it’s textured leather doesn’t show any scratches. I’ve had mine approx 4 years and it still looks like new despite daily use. I did have to get it relined though. Plus it’s amazingly roomy inside.
