I’ve read about a million contradictory reviews on which are the best, can anyone help me?!

I’ve got stubborn, straight, down pointing lashes. They’re medium length and I have smallish eyes. Are the heated ones any good? Any recommendations?

I've got good ones, can't remember the name of them, will check them when I go home. They were only a couple of quid, better than shu uemura ones.

Wasn't very impressed with heated ones.

Found them, QVS, you can get them on amazon.

Laura Mercier. I got it last month, £11, amazing!

Charlotte Tilbury - I've got long lashes and find a lot don't open wide enough, but have found these to fit well.

Thanks all. I’d read good reviews for the Laura Mercier ones but interspersed were quite a number saying they break easily. I find the ones I have don’t quite catch all the corner lashes, they’re just the wrong shape, I think my eyes are quite small.

I got mine from Superdrug. Quick blast with the hot setting on hairdryer (obviously not too hot) and job's a good 'un 😊

I've used Shu Uemura, Shiseido and some heated ones. I like them all, the heated ones definitely work on my straight down lashes. I got mine from Ebay, they don't vary much except for battery life.

LVL lash perming.

taybert · 13/06/2019 06:42

I’m a bit put off the Shu ones as there seem to be a lot of fake ones around. I’ve had LVL but the results haven’t really been worth the money (and time). I’ve tried a couple of places and they both say my lashes are really strong and difficult to get a good lift with.

I wish I remember where it was - there were loads for sale in a shop I went to and divided into asian and non asian eyes (I guess most like Shu are designed for asian eyes) . Buggered if I can remember where it was. Sorry!
