Hmm. Pretty poor quality. I bought 2 things, one was awful. The other ok . A bit tight but if I lose a few pounds it should be ok. On saying that, I'll take an extra top with me to work incase if rips apart at the seams first time I reach over for the phone. Delivery ok. I don't understand the pricing as I paid more that the price initially advertised but maybe I'm just not understanding how it works.

DameSquashalot · 11/06/2019 13:39

The quality is terrible and the sizes are unreliable.

I bought a dress from there. It looks exactly the same as the photo apart from being much more sheer, so I'd need to wear a petticoat with it. I was pleased with the quality and sizing.

I ordered a top and it looked nothing like the picture. The material was much thinner and the seams were badly stitched. The sizing wasn't great either - I measured myself and referred to their sizing chart but the arms were far too short. It's good for other bits and pieces but wouldn't bother with clothing again.

It’s fine as long as you are realistic about quality, the photos are usually of the thing they are copying, rather than of the actual product.

I have had some successes, a pair of boots that are ok, a phone case that was great, but a jumper that was made of the weirdest fabric and one size tights that were designed for a pixie. Everything I have ordered has turned up in reasonable time.

Be aware the sizes are Chinese so size up, even for shoes.

I've bought many things from wish, although not much in the way of clothes. It's a marketplace so there is no definitive answer as to the quality. I think it's often worth the risk but you need to be savvy. Read the reviews and look at buyer photos, dont buy anything if you need it on a time scale, keep an eye on when you can claim refunds for things which haven't shown up. Just today I recieved a garden arch which I ordered on a whim 4 months ago, and claimed a refund on 2 months ago and had forgot about completely.

Thank you for your replies. I think I'll give Wish a miss till it improves its quality and delivery system

Very hit and miss I've found. That's why I don't spend too much on there. If it does turn out to be terrible, then I don't felt like I've wasted too much money.
Have a look at AliExpress. Similar idea, but again can be a bit hit and miss.
