Shoes for narrow feet?

I am so sick of trying to buy shoes for my narrow feet and ankles (not a stealth boast, am less narrow of thigh and hip ). Can anyone suggest where to buy narrow shoes (sandals, ballet pumps, etc. Trainers not a problem as can lace them up)?

Did Duo used to make them.

Medisai in Leeds but very limited, expensive and frumpy at times

I even bought Naturaliser from Amazon as USA do B fittings as M.

C fit would be nice
