Nice sandals suitable for plantar fasciitis, do they exist?

Can you recommend a good, supportive, comfy pair of airy sandals suitable for walking miles in (general walking, not hiking) whilst still looking fashionable.

Thankfully, chunky semi-orthopaedic ‘dad’ type sandals seem to be in, so that’s a blessing. No Birkies please, I like the look of the double strap ones but I don’t get on with the footbed. Cheers

Fitflops were the only thing that sorted out my plantar.

Check out Strive footwear.

Tevas? FitFlops?

Vionic all have arch support.

Mephisto Helen sandals are similar to Birkenstock’s but a French brand. I find them far more comfortable, also can’t wear Birkenstock’s. They are sold as walking sandals with excellent support. I have very painful feet as a result of cancer treatment and these are great for me, they do other styles too.

Thanks all, I’ll have a look at the suggestions.

I’ve seen the Vionic site and there are a few I liked on there. Teva’s I’ve had before (pre PF) and I’m not 100% sold on.

They are not fashionable but Oofos flip flops are bliss for plantir fasciitis. My heart sinks slightly when I wear them but they've totally sorted my feet out. So comfy.

Fit Flops - wearing these has pretty much cured my plantar fasciitis

Yep, FitFlops sorted out my PF too.
