Just ordered these trainers - what can I wear them with?

Family wanted to get my something for birthday next month & I thought I’d give these lovelies a try (Khaki is my favourite colour).

I already have all white trainers (Adidas Sleek) & black trainers with leopard print stars (Converse). These are pretty easy to wear.

Will the khaki ones be difficult to wear? Can I only wear them with black jeans?

Denim?

Jozen · 09/06/2019 16:05

I'd wear them with black, navy and mid blue denim. They'd look nice with red trousers too. They look really easy to wear.
I find khaki goes with most colours.

Drogosnextwife · 09/06/2019 16:08

Black jeans, white t-shirt and denim jacket or shirt.

Drogosnextwife · 09/06/2019 16:09

Khaki is also my favourite colour to wear. Goes nice with my ginger hairGrin. I might have to get those now OP.

Drogosnextwife · 09/06/2019 16:10

And I know not many people are keep on it on here but mustard colours go nice with khaki (and my ginger hair again 😂).

Or something like this

I don’t tend to wear blue jeans. They are usually dark grey, black or khaki (obvs).

Very nice dress Drogo

@happytobemrsg your converse with the leopard print stars - are they burgundy?

happytobemrsg · 09/06/2019 16:55

@burnyburny they are black. The leopard print is much brighter IRL. They are very comfy

I do have 2 gorgeous khaki headbands which could help tie in my trainers to my outfit IYKWIM so maybe I shouldn’t worry too much!

Sorry, you did say that 🤦‍♀️

I'm considering the burgundy ones.

Your khaki ones are nice too. I have a denim
dress like the one posted and would wear with that

happytobemrsg · 09/06/2019 17:30

You see @burnyburny I’m already wondering what to wear with the khaki ones - I’d have no idea what to wear with the burgundy ones you’re considering!! Do you wear lots of neutrals? I’m getting my colours done soon but at the moment I wear black, grey, cream, khaki & burgundy

OP posts:
burnyburny · 09/06/2019 18:35

That's what puts me off the burgundy ones - what to wear with them. I don't think I really have go to colours. I just wear what I like, so I don't even know what other colour I'd get.

happytobemrsg · 09/06/2019 21:03

@burnyburny I changed wardrobes & took it as an opportunity to chuck the clothes I didn’t wear anymore - I only wore like 20% of the stuff I had, always the same things, & had lots of stuff which I didn’t like or didn’t fit taking up space & making it difficult to decide what to wear. When I cut down my colours it made it much easier to pull together outfits. Knowing my luck, when I get my colour analysis back they will tell me to avoid the only colours I wear!

I’m thinking that if the khaki ones don’t fit I’ll be on the hunt for some leather grey trainers - should go with lots

I’d wear them with a pair of denim ankle grazers and a plain tee or shirt. Or pair them with my denim shorts for warmer days.

Ellapaella · 09/06/2019 21:11

I have burgundy trainers (mine are Nike Pegasus) and find they go with almost everything! Khaki trainers would work with any fairly neutral colour. You'd be safe wearing them with denim or perhaps a black maxi skirt/dress etc. Also white.

MikeUniformMike · 09/06/2019 22:50

They're olive not khaki.
