It is made of a slinkier material than it appears in the picture, and I want to wear it as a work skirt. However, because of the tie waist it doesn't work with button-down shirts (it looks too 'busy'). I need a smart silky shell-top style top to go with it, but it would need to be fitted, as I don't have much of a waist so if the top is baggy I will look frumpy.
I guess I am thinking of something like this from Hobbs: www.next.co.uk/style/st419729#327920 but cheaper, as I'd like to buy several. Any ideas??
