Bridesmaid dress help

My sister has asked me to be her bridesmaid and said that I can pick the dress as long as it is a pale/muted colour.

I’m brunette, 5ft 4, a size 14-16 - big hips and thighs with ugly knees. I have had a look around but haven’t been inspired. Please help! I would love to find something under £150 but can stretch to £200.

I would love a needleandthread dress but definitely couldn’t go bra less! Those ASOS dresses are lovely - I think I will order one to try on for size/length.
It isn’t a formal wedding so I don’t need a traditional ‘bridesmaid’ dress. I have ordered a couple of midi dresses from ‘pretty kitty’. I have never ordered from them before so will nervously await their arrival!
