Dress for 50th

I need a dress for my 50th birthday party. It's in our garden so nothing to formal but I want to stand out. All my party dresses seem to be black.

I'm 5ft 3" and a size 12, dark hair and green eyes. Narrow shoulders but carrying weight on my stomach and hips so need something that will flatter a pear shape.

I like jewel colours. Budget up to £150.

Ooh thanks. I like the Monsoon ones but being a short arse I think the length might not suit. I might need to go for petite in that style.
