Hi, having a bit of mission trying to find bras that fit, don’t ride up & give me four boobs, can any one recommend brands & sizing help please.
Measurements underneath is 28” & bending over doing the 90deg is 35/36 inches they are quite full but definitely droopy due to the weight of them & not having a large rib cage, I’m quite thin but last couple of years being madly menopausal seem to have developed some back fat many thanks.

I don't know what size you should be, but back riding up and 4 boobs mean the band is too big and the cups too small.

You should start somewhere round the 28FF mark

I would suggest getting to your nearest Bravisimo if you can - they will be able to sort out what shape you will need etc

Thank you, yes will definitely get to bravissimo at some point soon but have bought a few new things, as going on holiday next week & made me realise how ill fitting my bras are so wanted to try & order online, just so that I had at least one or two that I can wear now.

Yes a 28FF or 30F - it will fill odd, it might feel tight, it is supposed to be, it shouldn't 'ping'anymore than an inch or two. - the cup is relevant to the band so a 34D is very different to a 38D. so if you go up or down in the band you need to alter the cup size as well. It may leave a red mark when you take it off - a bit like your socks that is quite usual

You should also not have any underarm spillage going on - all that underarm gubbins if you have any should be up front in the cups

very usual info on this site

I would suggest if you have a Next account ordering in loads of different styles / sizes then you can try them at home and send them back without having to fork out any ££ upfront

If you have 4 boobs in 32E then despite measurements, 30F or 28FF will be too small too - those are same size cups. Try 28 in a few bigger cups, and try the largest ones first - it's not always so obvious if the bra is a little small, but you will see immediately if the cup is too big, as there will be gaping and wrinking. Then go down in cups until those issues disappear.
