Which knickers underneath White linen?

Just received some trousers which feel really comfortable and slouchy but was wearing purple pants at the time and looked ridiculous. Is there a general brand or type of pants which are known to work well for this material? I'm not going to bother keeping them if my underwear is going to be on show

I'd wear skin coloured/nude no VPL type shorts...do you have some to try on with them?

I'm going to second skin tone no vpl undies. You can get some really comfy seam free ones which aren't the prettiest things in the world but they are pretty invisible under white pants /skirts

Flesh colours knickers, you can’t wear white or coloured under white linen!!
George at Asda do a multipack of Brazilian flesh coloured knickers, they don’t show VPL either. They are very comfy too.

Nude, as close to your skin shade as possible. Or (allegedly) red disappears under white, but I haven't got around to testing that!

Thirding no VPL boy shorts. Thin linen + thong is not a good look.

Yep, definitely flesh coloured no VPL! White linen can be very revealing, and a white thong will make them appear even more so!

Victoria's Secret do lace short style pants in nude and they work for me.

I second skin coloured/nude. I have a lovely white linen dress which l only wear on holiday as linen is so cool in hot weather. I used to wear white pants under it which showed through quite clearly even though its quite heavy linen. A lady in a shop there told me nude/skin colour was better when l once forgot to bring white pants and was buying some. They don't show at all, much better.

Skin tone, not White. . Only realised this in a changing room with a good mirror, had assumed white under white would be fine. It wasn't.

Apparently, red shows up less under white than white does.

Ok, great! Are the seam free ones made of cotton? I’m a bit worried about thrush issues (sorry if tmi) and the whole point was to be nice and cool. Definitely not a thong. The thought of having my underwear on display is bad enough, I don’t even want to consider the possibility of my actual arse cheeks out

Tesco's own skin colour no pvl knickers, either shorts type or regular high waist depending on the style of the trousers. I have loads of them and wear them all the time. I've had two c-sections and can't stand elasticated stuff, these are soft, comfortable, nude and work perfectly with white skirts/trousers.

I find that cheap cotton big knickers in a skin tone work for me. I think the last were from m and s.
Could you link to your linen trousers as I haven't found any I like as yet this year.
