Very Dry skin

Has anyone found the best products for extremely dry skin especially around the nose ?
I am currently using Clairns cleansing milk , toner, double serum and moisturiser , but there is no improvement.
All suggestions welcome !

Have you tried some sorta hyaluronic acid serum? Spritz some water onto your face, apply that, and viola!

Does your toner have alcohol in it? I would be using Vaseline around your nose.

Bepanthen on the area before bed helps to sooth it and clear up the dry skin. I now use it under my eyes and on my lips.
