I was just wondering if anyone else had issues with their Jo Malone orders from the promotion? I placed two, one turned up fine. The other...got a dispatch email but the tracking on hermes never moved from "order processed" which normally means it didn't leave the warehouse. Sent an email a few days later, no response. Finally got through to someone on chat today to be told my order was returned (aye right), I'm being refunded, they won't redo the order, won't issue a voucher or code.
Pretty unimpressed but wondered if anyone else has had similar issues.
