Got a dress, need help with the rest

Wedding coming up next month and have this lovely pale blue lace dress to wear (I'm a guest btw, not a bride). I've ordered these blush M&S shoes although not sure if I should go for something strappier? What about the rest? I'm stuck on:
Bag - what colour?
Do I need a sash round the middle of the dress maybe?
Should I go for a wrap or a shrug in case of chilly weather ? Again, what colour?
Jewellery? I've been looking online and saw someone in a similar dress with some pearls which looked quite nice.

Make up wise I'm planning a red lip. Still undecided about hair and/or accessories... I've long red/auburn hair so may wear it up if I can get it to hold. It's very thick.

Any recommendations gratefully received!

Definitely no sash around your waist, that would make it look too twee or childish.

Definitely not a shrug, they are awful! Perhaps a wrap but ideally a blazer, perhaps a beige or sand coloured one like your shoes. A little light rose gold jewellery could be nice?

Tan/neutral/silver shoes and bag... maybe wedges if ur going to be on ur feet all day?

Sorry I've just seen that your shoes are not rose gold. I'd go for pale gold jewellery.

Oh thank you! Ok will ditch the sash idea and shrug is a no no. Blazer is a good idea. I am sort of praying it's going to be lovely and hot so I don't even need to think about it. Tinkle I'm 40, only just though...
Should be able to collect the shoes tomorrow so try on with the dress and post another pic for comment

Btw shoe colour is described as blush. Will wait to see what they are like in real life

Totally agree with blazer btw. Not sure about pearls, sounds a bit twee. Maybe layered gold or rose gold necklaces?
