Hi all,

I've bought this ghost dress fur a forthcoming birthday party - any ideas on shoes and bag much appreciated.

I've done nude strappy sandals, and neutral bag but not sure if they'll work.

Can't wear too much jewellery as it's long sieves, round neck.

Thanks all, hoping you'll bring me inspiration!

Maybe red?

fancynancyclancy · 04/06/2019 11:43

Red shoes would look nice.

Bluntness100 · 04/06/2019 11:48

Neutral or silver, red will be too try hard.

fancynancyclancy · 04/06/2019 11:55

neutral & silver is boring imo

buoyancyade · 04/06/2019 11:57

Agree with red shoes. Or silver strappy shoes (like old fashioned ballroom shoes) and plain silver clutch.

thinkofausernameplease · 04/06/2019 12:03

Maybe a subtle tortoiseshell shoe and a whicker bag very on trend!

fancynancyclancy · 04/06/2019 12:03

Orange? White is having a bit of a moment but quite tricky to pull off.

fancynancyclancy · 04/06/2019 12:04

I’d also go for a straw clutch, Kayu have lovely ones.

Urbanvoltaire · 04/06/2019 21:05

Thanks all, I have a brown straw round bag which is quite summery.

Will look into shoes this eve. I'm quite pale and without fake tan, I fear white shoes will look too pale. Silver might work and I'll be wearing a silver bracelet and earrings.

Emerald green accessories may be nice.

Urbanvoltaire · 04/06/2019 21:25

Yes Josephine good call but where will I get emerald green sandals/shoes from?!

do you prefer open toes? courts? low or high?

Urbanvoltaire · 04/06/2019 21:55

Medium height, open toe is good. Nothing too strappy. Thanks !
