What to wear with this Cos skirt?

Bought this then discovered all my tops are too loose or too long to work with it. Size 14, 5’8” but all my length is in my legs, short body and 33 inch inside leg. Having sorted through wardrobe have found two other skirts that need more fitted tops too. Generally shop at Cos, jigsaw, local boutique with Scandi stuff.

Do I try petite tops, if so where do I go?

I think you need to tuck in tops with that style. I have a similar-ish pleated navy skirt and wear it with fitted but not tight navy/white stripes, blush silk t-shirt, and a camisole in the summer

Agree needs a tucked in top.

Petite tops are likely not to fit at the shoulders and/or arms to be honest.

A plain white good quality t-shirt? Or a fitted white blouse for work?

Ci don’t really have a waist as I only have about an inch between my ribs and hips so tucking in’s not ideal.

Slightly fitted t-shirt that hits below the waistband and above the pleats. I'm tall and short bodied and find that I need to bring my waistline lower or I look like a ball balanced on chopsticks.
