Loccitane Shower Shake

I love the L'Occitane almond shower oil.
Mumsnetters recommended it. It's expensive €22 so it's a special treat every couple of months. I use a supermarket shower cream in between times.
L'Occitane has recently introduced a new product in the Almond shower range. It's a milk and oil combination- you shake to mix the two together.
Be warned - imho it's not a patch on the shower oil.
It has a very runny constituency. I won't be repurchasing the Shower Shake.
Anyone else tried it ?

Ah no, but I was tempted to as I like the oil. I thought the shaking together might be a bit annoying, does it mix easily?

It mixes easily but has a really thin milk consistency. I think whoever passed this as a good product to develop needs their head examined. It's cr*p.

I hate it when that happens. You do wonder about Brand's need to keep reinventing the wheel with some products.

I will be gutted if they start mucking about with the Origins Ginger range.

I love the almond oil me glad I didn’t get the shower shake instead that would have been disappointing .

It's not instead of the Almond Oil, its a new addition.

I love the Almond Oil Shower but the most recent batch I bought hasn't been as scented as usual. Still moisturising but the scent doesn't linger .

I read the reviews for the Shake and they weren't positive .
A few years back they did an Almond Gel which wasn't a patch on the oil.

I added some of the shower gel to the shake and it's much better. The consistency is wrong. Do they bother to test on their customers ?
It must be expensive developing a new product. It's not rocket science to ask those who love the product it's based on, their opinion.

The almond scrub is shit too but the shower oil is like the shower gel of gods

I just wish they'd introduce an almond perfume to match
