I’m desperately seeking this Yumi dress in size 16 to wear to a wedding.

They are the only ones who seem to have it in stock..
I’ve contacted yumi who said they have more on order but they cannot give me a date.

Do you think I’d have any problems with my order arriving or getting a refund if the dress doesn’t fit right?

Order on a credit card, and you'll be fine 🙂

I ordered last week and no issue. I’ve since returned both items and had a full refund, quicker than items to other online retailers returned on the same day.

I would order it never had a problem with them

Ordered from them recently had no problems. But have just discovered returns via post office are no longer free so bear that in mind. I'm going to have to go to a store to return the items.

I’ve paid for next day delivery (although not arriving till Tuesday) so I can return any unsuitable items to the store on my day off next week.

Iirc you're only covered with a credit card for over £100.

I find them very reliable

Too late now, but three times I have ordered from them and received the wrong item!
