My husband bought me different beauty items and make up as a gift. He bought me this...what is it?? Lol ... thought it might be for the foundation but it absorbs it and not much stays on my face 🤨

Yeah it’s a sponge for foundation or concealer.

I think you need to wet it first?

You paint the foundation on with a brush and then use the sponge (wet) to blend it in

Yep, soak it in water squeeze the water out and use to apply foundation.
