Size 3.5 ballet pumps

My 10 year old is in between sizes. Where can I buy shoes which aren't trainers or sandals?

M and S are too big.

You can buy any shoe style of that size from any shoe retailer (I'm 3 and 3.5). Do the M&S size 3 fit instead of the 3.5?

You could also put in an insole and the padded back heel grip into slightly big shoes.
