Help me find the impossible

A high neck camisole/vest!

I am loving all the summer dresses and tops.
However they are all so low cut I have to wear something underneath.
I just cannot find any camis to wear under so that my 32G boobs aren’t spilling out.
Saw a gorgeous dress in Zara, neckline cut so low that without a vest under my breasts were literally (yes literally) falling out.
Please help me find a cami/vest high enough at the top!!

How high do you want the neckline?

Faffandahalf · 30/05/2019 22:26

I saw the new look ones. That’s the exact neckline I want but...it’s ribbed and too thick!
I want something slinkier so it’s not so bulky under clothes

Where are you shopping? I’m a 34J and everything is far too high necked!

keepmoving · 30/05/2019 22:30

I swear by these under low cut tops - modal/cotton mix so feels more "silky"...

Look at this dress!
I love it but that is ridiculously low

Are the new look ones quite long as well? I'm struggling to find something high necked that doesn't ride up over my stomach Blush

Faffandahalf · 30/05/2019 22:34

keepmoving. They’re not too low and look a good material but I’d like something beigey to go with lots of things. White is too stark at times

two they are quite cropped. They’re meant to be worn on their own by skinny 16 year olds with mom jeans. Not by actual middle aged moms Grin

Modesty panel?

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 30/05/2019 22:46

I'm the same size as you and find primark is usually good.

MoltonSilver · 30/05/2019 22:52

Could you shorten the straps to raise the neck line?

keepmoving · 30/05/2019 22:57

These are available in nude, not as nice fabric though

Faffandahalf · 30/05/2019 23:20

Strap shortening would be great but none of the ones I’ve seen have them.

The only place I’ve been seen this on is in Primark so as previous poster says maybe that is the place to go. Can’t bear the giant queues for a vest!

I had to look up what a modesty panel was. There are hundreds on amazon! All lacy for some reason! Not sure this is quite what I’m after. Well it is but defo not lacy

H&M had some high neck lace ones in different colours that were really nice. I'll see if I can find them ..

GinasGirl · 30/05/2019 23:49

Like this.

Thanks Gina It’s very pretty but I don’t want lace

I just remembered I got a nude slip from Mango recently. Well, it's a slip to me, they were selling it as a dress Hmm Covers me from the top of my fully supportive bra cups to my knee.

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 31/05/2019 00:58

This one. Straps basic dress in white, black or nude. €15. The straps are slightly long on me but easy to put a shortening knot at the back.

Look at Uniqlo airism vests/camisoles.

They are really thin and seamless, and so go really well under dresses etc.

I always wear one with a wrap dress, to prevent spillage!

Faffandahalf · 31/05/2019 08:50

Thanks mother will take a look. Cannot believe that’s a dressConfused

I have this problem and just wear the normal ones back to front. The m&s ones don't usually have a label on them.
