In desperate need for some work tops!

Hi all - hoping to tap into the infinite knowledge of this board, any help most appreciated!

I've been offered to work in the US for six months, which I'm really happy about. However, I'm in a finance/investment banking role, and it's going to be about 30-35° in the city I'm going to (at least over the summer). I have some good work trousers and skirts, but my office here is very casual so I need some new silk/jersey tops for the trip!

However... I have looked at Reiss, Hobbs, COS, Boss, LK Bennett without much success. I'm a fairly busty and very tall size 18, so I feel uncomfortable in v-necks, and I'm not a fan of pastels and flowery patterns (I live in black!). Happy with abstract patterns or blue/greens.

I'm looking for something fairly loose which will just skim my hips, ideally with a 3/4 sleeve so I don't have to wear a jacket. Please, please does anyone have any ideas?

For reference I've just ordered this which I quite like: www.johnlewis.com/hobbs-julia-abstract-print-blouse/ivory-black/p3961440?size=xl

Jaeger have some nice linen tops at the moment and some nice linen dresses - shift and shirt dress style.

Interesting what you say about V necks as they're normally very flattering for the bigger bust? (have a look at Princess Eugenie)

@popuppippa Thank you - had completely forgotten about Jaeger! I found a nice silk shirt there that I'm gonna go and check out tomorrow.

@stcharlotte It's weird, I completely agree that it looks good on others. But my chest just sits quite high on my body (they're not amazingly perky or anything, just sit high - sadly!) so as soon as I wear anything with a small v neck it becomes quite... revealing very quickly. And then I get very uncomfortable as I feel like it's all on view! I'm sure it's mostly in my head by sadly not something I've been able to get over.

I bought this M&S top in both colours. I sized down because it is the ‘collection ‘ range which are more generously sized. It might be a bit thick for 30-35 but presumably the office will have air conditioning and might be a bit chilly.

Have you tried Boden? I like the ravello tips, which are a silk/viscose mix. They’re short sleeved, but they have some long sleeved silk shirts.
