Highlighted hair treatment

I've been having my hair highlighted every 10-12 weeks now for about a year. I use straighteners daily as my hair is awful natural, I hate it frizzy so like a smooth style. I've been trying to grow it so I can put it up and hopefully stop damaging it but I can't get the front to grow, I think the use of straighteners is causing it to break off.

Can anyone recommend any products to help me strengthen my hair and help it grow.

Biotin,and good conditioner, maybe use a shampoo without sulphates too
I have started taking biotin because i have hair loss, its not doing much for the hair loss, but the rest of it is growing very fast

Get olaplex done in the salon at the same time as your colour and then use olaplex no 3 at home in-between salon treatments
