Maxi dress wanted for a wedding!

Something dressy, short sleeves, size 14/16. On my feet I have the choice of a low tan wedge or medium height black wedge. Budget up to around £80.

Been trawling online this afternoon but nothing grabbing me!

I've just bought one (tho for a wedding in a hot country so I wanted sleeveless and thin fabric.).

Take a look at:
H and M (online, much more than in store)
Dorothy Perkins
ASOS
Oasis
Next

I saw lots with sleeves that didn't fit my bill but might suit yours?
Lots were too flowery for me so was quite tricky to find a plain one that wasn't too beachy or bridesmaidy.

Monsoon, Asos are pretty good. If you’re near a Quiz check it out. I have gotten some beautiful maxis from there but can be hit and miss

I am a 14/16 and got a lovely dress from Roman a couple of months ago- wasn't maxi in the end (which is what I intended to buy) but very flattering especially as I was in the early stages of pregnancy and very bloated! Definitely recommend going there and trying stuff on!
