I ordered something which didn't arrive - sent an email - no reply- - and now phone lines not working. I know it had a crowdfunding thing last year...

I just got an email from them today ...

Got an order from them last week.

Oh - and a refund for it literally as I was typing the previous post.

Okay I managed to get through to customer services and they had had an issue. My order also got lost and rather than send me a replacement they refunded me. Quite annoyed as I didn't want the refund and my item was in stock.
