Skin help!

I really need help with my skin. I've normally got pretty good skin the odd spot around the time of the month but that's about it.
But recently I have the worst skin, I have these huge painful spots on the edge of my forehead/temples. And then I have like acne patches around my chin. I look horrible and it's really getting me down, I can't think of any product changes or change in lifestyle that could be causing it so I think I just need to up my skincare game!
I don't do much at the moment, Clinique balm in the evening and then Clinique moisturiser after. Mornings I do a quick wipe with micellar water and then moisturiser.
What products do I need to really target the bad skin?

Sudocrem for the spots, seriously, all the teens I know use it as it works so well.

Have you tried a glycolic acid? I’ve only used these on quite minor spots so take this with a pinch of salt but the Ordinary glycolic, Pixi Glow Tonic and Paula’s choice AHA/BHA have all been good for keeping my skin clear. For spot treatment I highly recommend the La Roche Posay Effaclar range, especially the Effaclar Duo cream!

Salicylic acid is a great go to for spots as it takes down inflammation. Origins do a little bottle called Spot Remover or for a cheaper alternative check out The Inkey List's range. And glycolic acid is a good gentle daily exfoliator which will help to remove dead skin cells that may be blocking pores.

Also, have you changed foundation/complexion products recently? Could there be a new make up item your skin's not a fan of?
