Dress help!!

In four weeks I have a ball to go to... I'm fat (size 18)and not very 'girly'! Typical pear shape, would prefer something long and black but I'm not having much luck looking! Any recommendations of places I might not have thought of? I don't have a huge budget either... Sorry, I sound a nightmare!

Both really pretty but think I'd need maxi length to cover my calves 😭

How tall are you? I’m 5’8 and the zara one is pretty much maxi length on me

@zippyswife ooh, I'm only 5'4 so that sounds promising! I like it too! Would it be ok with flat strappy sandals?

@boys yes I think flat strappy sandals would look great. That’s how I’m planning on wearing it. Keep an eye on it- it may come back into stock in your size. I’ll PM you if I see it’s in stock.

Try eBay for shop stock or even pre-worn (usually worn once for something like a ball).
