Hair waving tool

I really want to find a (cheap) tong/waver that actually works. I have naturally frizzy hair that I blow dry and straighten. I don't want my natural curl (frizz) but want the wavy look that is around at the moment. There are hundreds of tongs/wavers on the market. Can anyone recommend ones which actually work for around 25-30 pounds please?

Bumping for you as I’m interested too.

I have quite a bit of natural curl but it's just so frizzy, so I just usually straighten it or tie it up to control it. I've recently started loosely plaiting and putting straighteners on the plaits on each section at a time (there's videos on Youtube, which is how I found the idea in the first place). Worth trying if you already own straighteners?

Like the Olsen twins wave?

I just bought a Remington thing that looks like a big fork with no middle prong. You sort of randomly wrap your hair round it in a figure of 8.

I used to have the Enrapture Amplify Jumbo Wavr and I loved it, proper mermaid waves. Took my husband ages to do all of my hair Grin Had to get rid in the end as I swore off all heat to get my hair as healthy and long as possible.

Smellbow that sounds interesting and like it may work. Going to give it a go before paying out for anything. Worth a try!

I've just bought the Toni & Guy Deep Waver and love it.

BaByliss Big Wave Wand https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07C1RN153/ref=cmswwrcppapiii_JAp7CbZ3SDZ84

I have this in two sizes, really good.

Btw, don't undo the plaits until they're cool to help the waves stay in.

Took 10 mins, so easy!!!
