Topshop usually have good petite ranges, particularly for summer and especially good if you have a short leg length - lots of the main range just cut for petite rather than a big rail of boxy petite only bits!

When I was younger and really teeny (size 4/6 teeny) I would buy a few bits and have them altered by a lovely local dressmaker in bundles. Often ended up cheaper than shopping around.

She would be making curtains for our village mostly and then suddenly have a leather pinafore or clueless checked skirt to do for me so mine never got mixed up with anyone else's.
