Where to sell designer bag

A couple of years ago I was gifted a Mulberry Bayswater bag. It’s lovely and a perfect colour but doesn’t work for me, meaning it’s never been used. Thinking of selling it.

I don’t want to eBay as way too many horror stories. Can anyone recommend a good site to use instead?

In all honesty for what you'll get for it, you're best off to keep it. I've got hoards of designer hear but would never bother to sell it on as people expect to pay hardly anything for it.

I have found Depop is better for "designer" stuff than ebay.

Labels Most Wanted is your best option . THE Mulberry expert in the business.

Really disagree with the poster that said designer bags don’t hold their value - you’d get a decent price for a mulberry. Chanel bags can go up in value.

I didn't mean that they don't hold their value. I meant that unless it's something like a Chanel or Hermes then chances are you'll get less for it than it's worth, selling it online.

shirley I disagree. Mulberry have really started to lose their value. I am currently trying to sell a Mulberry Kensington and have had no interest in spite of lowering the price. It was over £700 new!

I second Naughtipidgins nest, Shian is lovely and very fair with her pricing. I've sold several of my bags with her and always been happy with the return I received.

Thanks everyone, will have a look at the suggestions.

then chances are you'll get less for it than it's worth,

It's only worth what someone will pay.
It is now 2nd hand regardless of being unused.

I have bought bags off ebay- not exactly designer, but Coach. Paid roughly 50% of current new price for bags supposedly new and unused.

Don't you think if it's a gift, you shouldn't be selling it anyway?

There’s a couple of good FB groups. Search mulberry buy and sell
