however if you can OP i would go into your nearest sports store and ask to be fitted for a pair of running shoes. alliteratively, purchase the ones i suggested then take them into the shop to get the staff to make sure they fit right x

My fave sports bras are Shock Absorber.

I wear the Shock Absorber Run for running a d the Multi Sports for general gymming.

Wiggle often have some a good prices. www.wiggle.co.uk/shock-absorber/sports-bras/wiggle

Shoes.. If you're going to run then it's worth going to a proper sports shop to have your gait/running style checked. Once they give you an idea of what is suitable you can buy online cheaper.

The rest if your kit you can get in supermarkets, sports direct etc. I like BAM sports gear as it lasts me a long time + and I work out most days.

Good luck. Enjoy getting fit.

Shock Absorber bra - nothing else comes close. Trainers - if you're not going to be running outdoors you don't need anything special. I'm a Barefoot fan and have many and various pairs of Merrell shoes, some for bootcamp type outdoor activities and some superlight ones for weightlifting etc. I have Brooks for running as I need good cushioning these days.

Shock Absorber definitely makes the best sports bras. Sometimes you can get them for a decent price on Amazon although no huge discounts for 34D at the moment (I wear that size too and was scanning Amazon last night).

For trainers, since you plan to run, make sure you follow the earlier advice and get your gait looked at in a running/sports shop before buying any trainers. If you under/over pronate, the right trainers will make a big difference, especially if you start increasing your mileage as you get fitter.

I just bought a couple of 34D Shock Absorbers from Wiggle. I have this style already and my boobs don't move no matter how much I jump around. This is a great sports bra. Multibuy (2+) takes the price to £20 so a very good deal indeed.
