So, which is the best makeup setting spray for menopausal ladies who “glow”?

My makeup looks fine til about 11am and then it fades fast. I’d give up wearing it but I feel OLD and a bit worn out lately and need all the help I can get. I know these setting sprays have been around for years now so need opinions on which work best, before I spend my cash.

Thanks 😊

Wayne Goss on youtube recommended one the other day, can't remember which one but if you search him I'm sure it will pop up.

Urban Decay do a good make up setting spray

I'd second Urban Decay my teenage Dd has some. I didn't think it would work but it really does keep your face on place.

Superdrug Be Hydrated is nice, and cheap as chips.

MissKittyBeaudelais · 21/05/2019 15:58

@Xing, is it a “fixer”?

Pixi rose glow mist is great in warmer weather as a setting spray.

Urban decay as already mentioned will make your make up budge proof.

However, you might want to look at your primer because if you are using an inadequate primer then your make up will slide.

XingMing · 21/05/2019 19:35

@|MissKitty, I'm not sure it if fixes, but it refreshes without altering the makeup you put on. It's mostly hyaluronic. I have quite normal skin edging on dry so my issues are not quite the same.

I like revolution in cucumber, makes everything feel fresh when using it. Prefer that over the mac matte fix

MissKittyBeaudelais · 21/05/2019 21:14

I’ve never met a primer I liked. That could be the problem.
