Another 'what to wear clubbing' thread!

Going to a work party on Thursday but it's at a club, it's a Hed Kandi 20th birthday night and the DJ is Norman Jay. What can I wear? I'll be going straight from work and it's 21 degrees in London on Thursday - help!

You can’t go wrong with black jeans and black/navy/green/whatever top. Have a good time!

With trainers?

Maybe some flashy black ones.

I would go with denim shorts and a bright funky top. I am going clubbing/raving at the weekend and have bought these two tops to try with high waist black shorts.

What size are you?

Will you be dancing?

I'm a 12, the shorts come up high so hide any bulges.

If i wear the leopard one Icthink I will layer it over a black bralet to keep everything contained. Been looking at the Bye Bra and perky pear also.

Will post again when I have tried on and done a trial boogie.

@WhereForArtThouBray - I have to go to work first so those aren't suitable!

I would go for high waisted slim/barrel jeans in grey, roll up the legs a bit and team with either someSwedish hasbeen type clog sandals- very comfy, look good too. Or trainers.

On top- depending on your bust/bra needs then a loose lightweight cotton t slightly untucked with a big open back.

I would wear a big statement clip in my hair- Zara and have really durable flawless makeup and a big bold lip in orange or hot pink or red.

The sequin top is divine and would be so fun to wear!

The plain shirt I would end up wearing though as I’m 43! But the open back gives it a bit of drama and would keep you cool. You could wear a bralette underneath. Or a stick on front bra.

Can you wear a tshirt for work and keep a funky top in your bag, change in the loo before you leave?

Ooh exciting, I remember dancing all night at Hed Kandi in Ibiza in 2004 in flip flops, a denim mini & an Oasis vest top!

I've actually got a photo of me on that night so that's how I remember what I wore. Can't believe I managed to dance for hours in flip flops. It was great.

Maybe check with the club that trainers are allowed? I haven't been clubbing for a looong time, in my day it was heels or sparkly flats.

Either way I'm so envious!

It's tomorrow and I still don't know what to wear plus I have to go to a meeting the next morning so can't rave all night like back in the day!

@tierraJ - I went to Hed Kandi in Ibiza in 2007 and wore a backless top, denim mini and flat ankle boots, them were the days!!
