Help me find a dress!

I'm looking for a dress for a June wedding, I'm a size 18 but not bothered about getting my legs/arms out.

The only problem is it needs to look good with black flat shoes as they are the only going out shoes I have and the only ones I can get on my feet!

Fairly small budget of less than £30 if possible!

Anyone any ideas please?
