Summer tops

Help please from the MN Massive.

I'm looking for light weight beautiful summer tops for hotter weather and holidays.
My only caveats are:

1. I hate my upper arms so sleeveless is totally out and even prefer elbow length
2. No artificial fabrics (viscose okay).

I'm looking for something ideally elegant and floaty I'm tall with normal/small boobs. Budget healthy. Desperate as so far have scoured: Hush, Boden, Monsoon, White Stuff and Jigsaw (who by the way are currently trying to sell polyester blouses for nearly £100.... but I digress). Many thanks

This is the one I've just got. It's floaty and lovely, but probably not elegant.
