What can I wear with this dress for an outdoor evening bbq next weekend?

I was thinking maybe a denim jacket but they’re not really “me”. I’m worried I won’t be warm enough in a cardi plus I have looked but can’t find one that I feel is quite right.

I’m 5’8” size 14 with boobs and a fat, square droopy backside.

I’d wear it with my leather jacket and chuck a huge scarf or super thin knit jumper in my bag for if it’s cold.

Any chance something like that would have more ongoing use for you? I basically wear mine constantly

Yeah that’s a good idea. I’ll see what’s in town as time running out now. If I buy a denim jacket I’ll eBay it after so will get some money back.

We won’t be at party all night as I’ve got an Aged P to escort home plus small children so I’m hoping the hosts will have some patio heater things and alcohol will keep me warm while we’re there. If not maybe I’ll offer to help on the bbq

I got a demon jacket the other day I needed for an outfit. Looked at one in next which I was going to get, then happened to go into primark. They had some in for only £13. Good fit and looks as good as the more expensive ones.
