Is this okay to wear to a wedding?

I've just bought a dress for a wedding but now I'm having doubts. It's looks amazing on and it's very comfortable but is off-white. It's a wedding abroad in a hot country and the bride is quite relaxed but I'm worried it won't be appropriate. Would you wear it? (photo attached but let me know if it doesn't work)

Yes,of course,it's lovely.

literategiraffe · 17/05/2019 16:13

Looks fine to me! Not "bridal" in the slightest, if that's what you're worried about!

Nice sandals and maybe a coordinating wrap for the evening and it'll look hanging.

banivani · 17/05/2019 16:14

Yes, it is appropriate. And lovely!

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 17/05/2019 16:15

yes, lovely

UnicornDaisy · 17/05/2019 16:15

Yeah I think this is absolutely fine due to the bold floral pattern. X

IggyAce · 17/05/2019 16:15

Yes it’s lovely, I’d go for coloured shoes and bag instead of nude to bring the colour out more.

AHintOfStyle · 17/05/2019 16:16

Yes it’s lovely

Abra1de · 17/05/2019 16:17

GodDammitAmy · 17/05/2019 16:18

I love it! Where's it from OP?

Crunched · 17/05/2019 16:18

Spot on for the occasion.

azulmariposa · 17/05/2019 16:19

Yes. It's lovely 😊

TheLovleyChebbyMcGee · 17/05/2019 16:21

Yup looks great, if you are worried I'd go with coloured accessories as a PP suggested too

Rooftree · 17/05/2019 16:31

Perfect

Alsohuman · 17/05/2019 16:33

Lovely dress. Nothing remotely bridal about that.

Springwalk · 17/05/2019 16:37

Spot on

AdaColeman · 17/05/2019 16:38

@literategiraffe that made me laugh 😂 when I was still relatively youthful, hanging meant disgusting, did you mean banging? I've started to use that word and teenagers regard me as a bit sad. But got to keep up with the modern lingo. OP, the dress is indeed banging. 👌

stucknoue · 17/05/2019 17:28

Yes, totally appropriate. Just word of warning, if its in church you may need a wrap, it depends on denomination but some require completely covered shoulders

Iloveacurry · 17/05/2019 17:32

Yes it’s lovely. Wear it.

literategiraffe · 17/05/2019 17:36

Blush I did indeed mean banging!
I submit as my defence autocorrect and sleep deprivation due to a newborn! Grin

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 17/05/2019 17:36

I'd pick the lovely pink out with accessories

Aimily · 17/05/2019 17:36

It's very nice!
As PPS have said bright accessories and a wrap for the evening, not sure what colour, I would say pink, but maybe over kill with the boldness of the flowers?
