Help! Need flattering summer clothes - where?

Due to life stuff (divorce and related stress mainly) I’m heavier than I’d like to be this summer (size 16ish) and hopelessly untoned. As a shortarse with big boobs this isn’t the best look 🙄 I know I need to address it and I will when life is calmer but in the mean time I’m going to have to throw money at the problem.

I need a few really flattering basics to see me through the warmer weather - my style is quite casual and I don’t do frills or patterns - in the winter I live in skinnies and a polo neck or sweatshirt with biker boots or trainers so I need a summer version of that I guess with the odd smarter thing for work meetings.

I’m hitting London today so would love suggestions of where to look if anyone has any 😊

I'm similar, size 16, 5'4", horrible apple shape though rather than big boobs. I like Jigsaw and Hush.

Similar problem here, am also hitting shoos later

Are you more if an hourglass or an apple in shape (I e waist and norks or norks and tummy). If hour glass stick with the skinnies and add a few wrap tops to go with. Avoid any tops with crew neck or cap sleeves. A scoop neck and sleeves that finish along waitsline are good.

If apple shape, keep skinnies and add tops which don't cling on tummy but are a but drapey. Shoulder details are good for apples too. Anything which distracts from tummy area basically.

I used to be an hourglass but now have a big tummy (from stress!!) So have to dress for apple shape. Am thinking skinny trousers and a few non clingy tops, will see what I can find later!
