Please help me find a dress for this party!

I’m going to my SIL 40th birthday party (meal in a pub but quite dressy). I’m 5ft 5 size 16-18, small boobs and in my early 30s.

I lost 4 stone last year and have lost my way style wise, I’ve bought SO many dresses but can’t fibd anything I love.

I’d ideally like a midi dress with some sort of v-neck, 3/4 length sleeves would be good but happy with none/long.

I love polka dots right now and this dress I think would be lovely.

I would wear some chunky wooden heeled clogs (lotta from Sweden) and have a stRaw little clutch bag?

Most big department stores have a personal shopper - you tell them the occasion and your budget and they bring you things to try on. Could you do that?
