Summer shoes

I have sandals sorted. Being the UK we won't have a summer with no rain. I need shoes/trainers that I can wear with a dress when it's wet.

They need to fit wide feet and high instep and need soft heels, things like loafers tear my heels to shreds.

Budget probably max £40

Search for discounted Adidas superstars or Stan Smiths.
Or buy leather ‘copy’ of that style from office

Thanks for the suggestion, does anyone whose heels blister easily have a pair, they look as if they would rub. They also don't look particularly wide.
