Bra shapes that prevent flashing?

I have a lovely wrap dress to wear and it’s not particularly low cut, but I seem to have an issue with bras - whenever I lean forwards, my bra comes away from chest and leaves me very exposed. I don’t seem to see that other people have this issue so I’m wondering if it’s related to my body shape or just badly fitting bras.

I’ve just done the boob or bust calculator and apparently my 38C should actually be a 34E. I’m going to try some bras on in town this week, just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if you find that particular bra shapes help?

I also put a pin in the dress so that it doesn’t gape open

A full cup will give your boobs most coverage, but I suspect the real reason is that your bras don't fit. Good luck finding ones that do! I'm sure someone knowledgeable will come along soon to advise about fit

My sternum dips in between my breasts, if I were a man I’d have an obvious concave bit there and I’ve always put it down to that. However, if I really should be wearing a 34E then that may well explain this problem (that I’ve had for 20 years!). I thought this is just what happens. I’m going to try on loads this week and see what works best.

Although I’m not as perky as I was once, I’ve always had this problem so I don’t think it’s that specifically.

I’m wondering if a properly fitted balconette bra would be good
