Nice magnesium bath salts?

I'm a new ish runner. I'm reading that magnesium/Epsom salts are good for tired legs after a run. I like a "nice" bath product. Can anyone recommend something? Wondered about Dead Sea stuff? Google is fine, but it's always nicer to have a recommendation.

And badedas, not cheap. Or just use a few drops of essential oil, neroli(orange) is nice, bergamot, geranium.

epsom salts are great for the muscles. Best idea is chuck in a ton of the epsom salts and then just add a bit if whatever your preferred fragrance, bath oil etc is on top. The amount of the epsom salts you actually need to have an impact means they don't really come as part of a nice luxury bath product.

I buy big bags of Westlab epsom salts when they're on offer at Boots. I have also found them in Tkmaxx. You need to use quite a lot of them so as lemonsandlimes says, best to buy plain ones which are lovely on their own or to use with a few drops of bath oil.

I've got the Westlab dead sea salts (apparently Epsom salts are just magnesium whereas dead sea salt contains magnesium as well as a whole bunch of other minerals that are good for you). You need several cups full. Then I add lavender oil. Bliss.

Have a look at Lucy Bee

Perfect. Thank you. I've bought a variety! Grin

Sorry to jump on. I often use the westlab Epsom salts. Are the Dead Sea salts better then? I've looked at both but always just got Epsom. But will happily switch if the others are better.
