Plus size dress needed for a wedding

Hi, I have my sisters wedding coming up and hoping someone can help me find a dress as I'm useless with fashion.

I'm looking for a size 18 dress, thinking maybe navy or peachy, or both but any colour suggestion will do. I quite like cold shoulder but again not essential.

P.s I'm in Uk, wedding is outdoors in summer

I'd go to monsoon . The dresses in there go up to 22 in some styles . I have bought one for my stepsons wedding for June . The staff were very helpful as well !
