Anyone know where this is from/something similar?

On holiday next week, 4 months pregnant and at that in between stage where I have no nice rounded bump but it looks like I've eaten too many pies.. looking for a cover up and love this but can't find anything remotely similar anywhere. Any help appreciated!

I was behind her in the queue in m&s when she was buying a shed load of bikinis/beach wear, so I'd start there.

Thanks ladies, I went on her Instagram and it's from a brand called mystique and is £228 which I don't think I can justify, also has a large sequinned eye on the back which I'm not so keen on... anyone see something similar without the price tag please let me know!
