what are your go-to shops/brands for a formal/black tie dress? I am a size 16-18, and prefer full length. Need to be able to wear a proper bra too, which seems to discount a lot of styles.

I grew out my hair colour last year, hoping the result would be fabulous silvery locks, but only went grey/white at my temples. I had it coloured again earlier this year- it is a light- mid brown - and it is growing out at the temples again. I would really love my whole head to be the same colour as the grey/white... but can that actually be done? Even as I write this, I am thinking that it is probably recipe for dark roots from hell...
